Adult Sleep Services
Sleep training isn’t just for babies. Adults who have developed chronic insomnia can benefit immensely from a course of treatment called CBT-I. It’s basically a hard-restart for your brain’s sleep system. Together we’ll walk through the process of how to reset and get you falling asleep quickly and sleeping all night!
Initial Assessment: $175 (1 Hour)
We will conduct a comprehensive battery of written assessments and take a full sleep history to determine if insomnia is the cause of your sleep troubles. We’ll discuss sleep hygiene and introduce you to the process of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I), clinically proven to be the most effective non-medicinal treatment for insomnia.
Follow-Up Sessions: $150-$175 (15-50 Min)
If you are a candidate for CBT-I, we’ll begin that process. We’ll create sleep logs and create an individualized sleep plan tailored to your needs. CBT-I relies solely on patient compliance. This means that if you do the work, you will see results. If you don’t, you won’t. Compliant patients see, on average, a 50% reduction in symptoms in 8 sessions usually occurring over the course of 2-3 months.
