We did a consult with Susannah just to help us get set up for success on the transition to one nap and as I have continually found, we walked away with confidence about our approach and how successful we would be as we take this on. I had a consultation with Ashley and she was absolutely amazing! She was so sweet and direct to make sure we used our 30 min to the maximum. Hi! I’m so glad you’re here! I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, practicing for over 13 years. I dedicated my graduate education to researching attachment, and my post-graduate education to understanding the science of sleep as well as uncovering what it takes for women to thrive (and not just survive) in motherhood and marriage.

When I had my first baby, I was sleep deprived and felt SO overwhelmed. As I tried to figure out how to be a good mom, I felt lost in the contradictory and often “shame-y” information out there, especially about sleep. I knew there had to be a better way to connect with and teach parents without making them feel like sh*t.

So I set out to do ALL of the research and I created a method to optimize baby sleep that is tuned in, empowering and WORKS. There absolutely should be joy in motherhood, and I have learned that every baby CAN get better sleep!

Our consultation was LIFE CHANGING. I cannot praise you and your consultants enough. My baby who was previously up every 45 minutes and required nursing to sleep WHILE pacing is initiating sleep on her own in 2 minutes most nights. Can I start/talk to a consultant right when I purchase?
Consultations are typically scheduled about 2-7 days out, you will book a time after making your purchase.
Do I get follow up support/or can I text with questions after my consultation is over?
The Advanced Package (30 or 60 minute) does not include follow-up support. If you are looking for follow-up support, the Premium Package or a Custom Package is the way to go!
Can I use my HSA or FSA to pay for consultations?
Yes! You will likely need to get a letter of medical necessity signed by your healthcare provider. Click here for more information and a sample letter.
Can I upgrade to a bigger package if I decide the 30- or 60-minute consultation isn’t enough?

    I have been working with Susannah to help sleep train my twin 8 month old babies. I have been co sleeping with both of them while I was exclusively breastfeeding. I tried 4 times bought 3 different books nothing seemed to work to help sleep train them. I got Premium Plus Package which was the best decision I could of made! Susannah has been beyond words amazing. I can’t express how much she has helped me, made me feel more in control and confident in the process!     I bought an hour consultation with Susannah. She was great! I have a 16 month old who was waking up on average 4 times per night. My husband and I honestly felt really hopeless and beaten down. We actually only spent 30 minutes out of the hour so far and Susannah gave some very specific steps that we should try for our particular situation and set up. The best part was that it was very solution oriented and I felt no judgement. Another part that was very helpful was that she immediately said we would tackle just one waking at a time. This immediately gave me a sense of relief and hopefulness- I could definitely work on one waking- In my mind prior to the consultation I thought we would need to fix all 4 at the same time. After our 30 minutes I felt like I walked away with several strategies to implement for this first waking and it felt very empowering!
    The first night was actually really difficult but we stayed the course. The subsequent nights the baby slept through the night and has continued to do so. We are in shock!
    Susannah is awesome! I highly recommend the individual consultation and Susannah!
    I don’t even know if we will need the remaining 30 minutes at this point! Absolutely worth every penny and MORE!

    The 4 month sleep regression was ROUGH. I knew there was no magical fix, but I wanted to approach sleep learning in a way that worked best for our family. A quick chat with Britta allowed me to get my questions answered quickly. What I appreciate the most was that the discussion was like talking to a friend. She really sought to understand my daughter, and our unique situation vs. cookie-cutter recommendations. Spoiler – it worked! We figured out how to adjust for reflux, sleep learn in the SNOO, eliminate dawn bottle, reduce paci ping-pong, and get our schedules ready to start daycare. Sleep learning is not one-size-fits all, there are small tweaks that really help the process move smoothly and efficiently – and a personal consultation made me feel confident.

    I had a 30 min phone consultation with Ashley regarding my 5 month old’s crap naps (despite great night sleep). I had taken multiple online courses from various providers, I follow every major pediatric sleep consultant on social media, it felt like I was doing all the things, but still my child had never taken a nap longer than 45 minutes no matter what I tried (and I tried it ALL). Because I felt like I had tried everything already, I booked this phone consultation with little expectation that I would actually see results simply because I thought I had already done everything I could, but booked it as a desperate last resort as a way to be sure I’ve actually tried everything. Ashley had walked me through multiple suggestions. LITERALLY the day after our call, having implemented just the simplest of her suggestions, bam – 2 hour naps. My only regret is not booking sooner, and for a longer time than just 30 min so that I didn’t feel like I had to rush (that was my fault for booking the shorter session). But now I know if I have any other issues I won’t hesitate to book more time with Ashley. If you are on the fence, this is your sign to just do it! It’s worth it.
