I decided to buy this workshop as I recently have come through a period of PPA/PPD and finally feel ready to address my personal needs. I realized a huge part of my negative post-partum emotions was a result of feeling ‘unfulfilled’ (I love being a wife and a mom, don’t get me wrong, but I NEED more).

This workshop helped me feel confident in looking at ALL facets of my life and assessing what I could do to serve myself, and what I needed to seek out or ask for from others.

My husband and I have a discussion the next morning about my ‘owners manual’ and I am spending a lot of time reflecting and communicating what that looks like.

I felt inspired by Chrissy’s passion and confidence in saying how fulfilled she was, she gave amazing answers to all questions and it felt wonderful to be able to submit questions for an outsiders perspective.

I’ve had the confidence to apply for jobs, and feel calmer about the prospect of managing my load to make sure that I am getting what I need to fill my cup – guilt-free!

Great format, great content and a evening well spent! Love the fact I have playback too so I can go back when I need to for my own cheerleader.

This workshop is so worth it!! I have been having a rough time finding any fulfillment as a stay-at-home mom. This course helped me realize steps I can take to fix this. The stories, examples, and explanations were wonderful examples to get me thinking about my own life.

I think almost all mothers struggle with finding fulfillment because of the societal pressure to completely forget ourselves while raising children. This workshop helped soooo much. I’m grateful that I have ideas to tackle this instead of feeling lost and defeated. WELL worth the $10.

    Thanks Chrissy!! <3
