I purchased this a few weeks ago because I am really struggling with my twin boys. They wake up at night (between 3-6 am) and their naps are generally 30 mins. I have read the book and really needed some guidance on what I could do to correct these issues. I am giving this 3 stars because Britta is really nicely and extremely responsive. She was always positive and tried her best to work with me. However, I did find this method didn’t work great for me. The 10 minute consult at the beginning is just not enough time to really find out what method I have been using and what has worked and what hasn’t. Britta gave me a little more time for this but still it wasn’t enough. From there, you have unlimited texting for all the questions you have. It was really challenging to spend the days going back and forth through text message. It felt we were going in circles half the time, She was suggesting many things I had already tried and then we would just text all day about specific questions that truthfully I already had the answers to. It felt like she was more reiterating what I already learned myself from research rather then coming up with a customized plan for me. I do believe she really tried and again, she was very pleasant to work with and extremely flexible with me. I think the concept is great and might work for some but it wasn’t the best experience for me. Some things I did get out of it were : I needed to increase my wake times and add back in a dawn feeding. Britta also had us try a set clock schedule when nothing else was working and I am still doing that, seeing slow results (I think!?). In summary, I really do think this is a good concept, I would personally change the execution. Possibly make it a longer consult and then troubleshoot for a few minutes on the phone each night and come up with a set plan for the following day. I hope if you do choose this package it will be successful for you. Sleep issues with babies are really mentally and physically exhausting!

I purchased an hour consultation with Chrissy around 5 months into my first baby. We had the dreaded yo-yo with the dummy keeping us up at night. Chrissy was so helpful and had some great suggestions which we implemented and I’m so so happy to say we have a great sleeper! All the bases she gives set you up and it’s so great to have support and her to instill some confidence in you as a first time mum. I couldn’t recommended her more!
