Hi! I’m so glad you’re here! I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, practicing for over 13 years. I dedicated my graduate education to researching attachment, and my post-graduate education to understanding the science of sleep as well as uncovering what it takes for women to thrive (and not just survive) in motherhood and marriage.

When I had my first baby, I was sleep deprived and felt SO overwhelmed. As I tried to figure out how to be a good mom, I felt lost in the contradictory and often “shame-y” information out there, especially about sleep. I knew there had to be a better way to connect with and teach parents without making them feel like sh*t.

So I set out to do ALL of the research and I created a method to optimize baby sleep that is tuned in, empowering and WORKS. There absolutely should be joy in motherhood, and I have learned that every baby CAN get better sleep!

Can I start/talk to a consultant right when I purchase?

Consultations are typically scheduled about 2-7 days out, you will book a time after making your purchase.

Do I get follow up support/or can I text with questions after my consultation is over?

The Advanced Package (30 or 60 minute) does not include follow-up support. If you are looking for follow-up support, the Premium Package or a Custom Package is the way to go!

Can I use my HSA or FSA to pay for consultations?

Yes! You will likely need to get a letter of medical necessity signed by your healthcare provider. Click here for more information and a sample letter.

Can I upgrade to a bigger package if I decide the 30- or 60-minute consultation isn’t enough?

Yes, you can just email [email protected] and get a code for the cost of your initial purchase to apply to a premium or bigger package. We will make sure you’re taken care of!

What is the difference between this and other methods?

The Peaceful Sleeper method is about being supportive and tuned in as we help you optimize your baby’s sleep. Our method is science-based and fosters attachment. We take a holistic approach to work WITH you and your family, as we empower you with knowledge and confidence to be the expert on your baby. Your mental health and parenting values are extremely important to us which is why our method centers around an individualized and tailored approach to YOUR baby, as opposed to other methods with a more “one size fits all” approach.

Our courses and guides are also extremely comprehensive and robust, addressing topics such as mental health, nap lengthening, dropping naps, pacifiers, early morning wakings, night wakings, calming tricks, co-sleeping, traveling, daycare and so much more!

    I booked a 30 minute consultation with Britta, and the very next day got him napping 1hr and 1hr 40 mins!! I got some excellent guidance on how to better adjust his wake windows and some things to try when he does wake up before the one hour mark.     I booked a 30 minute consultation with Britta (and later some 15 minute follow up calls) and have found her to be such an invaluable resource. Nap training has been very tricky for my little one but Britta is so knowledgeable and lovely. My only regret is that I didn’t get the short follow up calls right off the bat before starting nap training so I would be set up to check in sooner for some tweaking of the plan/trouble shooting.
