I reeeeeally held off on purchasing this as long as I could. I felt like with all the info out there and having purchased the e-book, I should be able to figure it out by myself. But at 6 months baby could initiate sleep, but naps were still short and he was co-sleeping overnight (not by choice) and would cry as soon as we put him in his crib. Two weeks later, I barely know what to do with myself during his long naps! And he is sleeping in his crib all night. We’re still working on cutting back night wakings, but that’s mostly because we live in an apartment and I’m hesitant to do too much CIO overnight. Our consultation with Ashley was LIFE CHANGING. I cannot praise you and your consultants enough. My previous snoo baby who was up every 45 minutes and required nursing to sleep WHILE pacing (logistically so hard) is initiating sleep on her own in 2 minutes most nights. Hi! I’m so glad you’re here! I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, practicing for over 13 years. I dedicated my graduate education to researching attachment, and my post-graduate education to understanding the science of sleep as well as uncovering what it takes for women to thrive (and not just survive) in motherhood and marriage.

When I had my first baby, I was sleep deprived and felt SO overwhelmed. As I tried to figure out how to be a good mom, I felt lost in the contradictory and often “shame-y” information out there, especially about sleep. I knew there had to be a better way to connect with and teach parents without making them feel like sh*t.

So I set out to do ALL of the research and I created a method to optimize baby sleep that is tuned in, empowering and WORKS. There absolutely should be joy in motherhood, and I have learned that every baby CAN get better sleep!

Can I start/talk to a consultant right when I purchase?

Consultations are typically scheduled about 2-7 days out, you will book a time after making your purchase.

Do I get follow up support/or can I text with questions after my consultation is over?

The Advanced Package (30 or 60 minute) does not include follow-up support. If you are looking for follow-up support, the Premium Package or a Custom Package is the way to go!

Can I use my HSA or FSA to pay for consultations?

Yes! You will likely need to get a letter of medical necessity signed by your healthcare provider. Click here for more information and a sample letter.

Can I upgrade to a bigger package if I decide the 30- or 60-minute consultation isn’t enough?

We take a holistic approach to work WITH you and your family, as we empower you with knowledge and confidence to be the expert on your baby. Your mental health and parenting values are extremely important to us which is why our method centers around an individualized and tailored approach to YOUR baby, as opposed to other methods with a more “one size fits all” approach.

  10. I worked with Susannah to dive into the nuances of my newborns sleep woes. Turns out, his issue was mainly discomfort due to reflux. Prior to working with Susannah, I was trying all of the sleep tricks with no success. After my first call with her, we were able to determine that our main issue wasn’t even sleep itself; it was a discomfort that was making independent sleep so difficult. After getting him on track with guidance from his pediatrician, we were able to focus on the sleep itself and get him to be a happy camper when he was awake 🙂
