The Peaceful Sleeper
Hi! I’m so glad you’re here! I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, practicing for over 13 years. I dedicated my graduate education to researching attachment, and my post-graduate education to understanding the science of sleep as well as uncovering what it takes for women to thrive (and not just survive) in motherhood and marriage.
When I had my first baby, I was sleep deprived and felt SO overwhelmed. As I tried to figure out how to be a good mom, I felt lost in the contradictory and often “shame-y” information out there, especially about sleep. I knew there had to be a better way to connect with and teach parents without making them feel like sh*t.
So I set out to do ALL of the research and I created a method to optimize baby sleep that is tuned in, empowering and WORKS. There absolutely should be joy in motherhood, and I have learned that every baby CAN get better sleep!

Can I start/talk to a consultant right when I purchase?
Consultations are typically scheduled about 2-7 days out, you will book a time after making your purchase.
Do I get follow up support/or can I text with questions after my consultation is over?
The Advanced Package (30 or 60 minute) does not include follow-up support. If you are looking for follow-up support, the Premium Package or a Custom Package is the way to go!
Can I use my HSA or FSA to pay for consultations?
Yes! You will likely need to get a letter of medical necessity signed by your healthcare provider. Click here for more information and a sample letter.
Can I upgrade to a bigger package if I decide the 30- or 60-minute consultation isn’t enough?
Yes, you can just email [email protected] and get a code for the cost of your initial purchase to apply to a premium or bigger package. We will make sure you’re taken care of!

What is the difference between this and other methods?
The Peaceful Sleeper method is about being supportive and tuned in as we help you optimize your baby’s sleep. Our method is science-based and fosters attachment. We take a holistic approach to work WITH you and your family, as we empower you with knowledge and confidence to be the expert on your baby. Your mental health and parenting values are extremely important to us which is why our method centers around an individualized and tailored approach to YOUR baby, as opposed to other methods with a more “one size fits all” approach.
Our courses and guides are also extremely comprehensive and robust, addressing topics such as mental health, nap lengthening, dropping naps, pacifiers, early morning wakings, night wakings, calming tricks, co-sleeping, traveling, daycare and so much more!

Why The Peaceful Sleeper?
Giving your little one the gift of sleep is one of the most beneficial things you can ever do for them. Good sleep helps your baby develop physically, emotionally, intellectually and socially. Baby's Age 4 months
I am a clinical psychologist, so I was pretty aware of sleep training methods even before our daughter was born, but I have been blown away by the results of a single 60 minute consultation with Londyn Batchler. Our daughter was in the 4 month sleep regression and waking up 5-6 times to nurse at night and napping for only 35 minutes at a time, and we were desperate for an improvement. Within 45 minutes, Londyn got all the info she needed from us and then seamlessly tailored the consult to our needs and gave us a developmentally appropriate and concrete plan for helping our daughter improve her sleep, and we were able to spend the last 15 minutes on our follow up questions. Within 2 weeks, my daughter had dropped to 2-3 feeds a night and was lengthening her morning naps to more than an hour. Life feels more joyful and balanced for me, and our baby seems much happier when she’s awake as well. Londyn is fantastic – work with her if you can!
