How do I access my video course?

To access your video course you need to login to your account. You can click login on the menu or click here. Once you’ve logged in, you’ll be taken to your dashboard where you’ll see all the courses. Click on your course and you’ll be redirected right to it.

How do I download the guides I purchased?

Login to your dashboard through the menu or by clicking here. Once you’ve logged in, you’ll be taken to your account dashboard. Click on the “My Downloads” tab and you’ll see all of your available documents to download. Then, click on the document name and the download should begin immediately. If you’re trying to download the guides on mobile, once you’ve clicked on “My Downloads” scroll down and you’ll see your downloads.

My card got declined, what should I do?

If you’re card was declined please contact your card provider by calling the number on the back of your card. Only they can explain to why your purchase was declined and can usually fix the problem very quickly. This is most common for people who are living outside of the United States and the solution is the same.
