How do I access my video course?
To access your video course you need to login to your account. You can click login on the menu or click here. Once you’ve logged in, you’ll be taken to your dashboard where you’ll see all the courses. Click on your course and you’ll be redirected right to it.
How do I download the guides I purchased?
Login to your dashboard through the menu or by clicking here. Once you’ve logged in, you’ll be taken to your account dashboard. Click on the “My Downloads” tab and you’ll see all of your available documents to download. Then, click on the document name and the download should begin immediately. If you’re trying to download the guides on mobile, once you’ve clicked on “My Downloads” scroll down and you’ll see your downloads.
I entered my email wrong at checkout. How do I fix it?
You can fix this from your dashboard by clicking on the “Edit Account” option.
Why am I not receiving any emails from the sleep training series?

Are you a mom who likes to research, learn and do it herself? If so, guides and courses are probably all that you need. Your best value is found in guide packs and bundles so you get all of the relevant content for your child’s age. If sleep is generally going well but you have one or two questions, you can buy those guides individually. Navigate to the guide pack section of the page and choose the topic that fits your situation.
