Hi! I’m so glad you’re here! I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, practicing for over 13 years. I dedicated my graduate education to researching attachment, and my post-graduate education to understanding the science of sleep as well as uncovering what it takes for women to thrive (and not just survive) in motherhood and marriage.

When I had my first baby, I was sleep deprived and felt SO overwhelmed. As I tried to figure out how to be a good mom, I felt lost in the contradictory and often “shame-y” information out there, especially about sleep. I knew there had to be a better way to connect with and teach parents without making them feel like sh*t.

So I set out to do ALL of the research and I created a method to optimize baby sleep that is tuned in, empowering and WORKS. There absolutely should be joy in motherhood, and I have learned that every baby CAN get better sleep!

Can I start/talk to a consultant right when I purchase?

Consultations are typically scheduled about 2-7 days out, you will book a time after making your purchase.

Do I get follow up support/or can I text with questions after my consultation is over?

The Advanced Package (30 or 60 minute) does not include follow-up support. If you are looking for follow-up support, the Premium Package or a Custom Package is the way to go!

Can I use my HSA or FSA to pay for consultations?

    I hate to leave a bad review because Britta was SO kind, but unfortunately I’m a couple weeks into even worse sleep after our consultation :(. I called about early morning wakings for my 11 month old and was pretty surprised when she immediately suggested lengthening the last wake window by 15 minutes. Of course I had already tried that but hadn’t given it the 4-5 days Britta suggested so I figured the expert knew best and went with it! It certainly didn’t work and what she said to do if it didn’t- decrease daytime sleep- realllllly made things go haywire. I feel like we haven’t recovered yet and things are worse than they’ve been possibly ever, with long MOTN wakings and of course continued EMWs.
    I am truly disappointed because I felt like after reading all the great reviews a phone consult could offer me some secret, pro tip that I hadn’t seen before or tried. She DID give me the confidence to try again and for longer- but like I said I think I tried harder and longer in the wrong direction. I now feel like I’m back at square one (or minus a couple) and this time I don’t have the hope a phone consult symbolized to me in my back pocket. I just feel on my own again.
    I fully realize my baby is probably unique in having such an extremely hard time but I did explain how much I had tried in the consult (and that I had already what she suggested) so maybe just would have appreciated a more out of the box or expert advice that I hadn’t heard before.
