  1. Very informative!

  2. Baby's Age : 4 months

Simply amazing!! We bought the 4-24 month content with a 30 min consult and we’re about 2 weeks in. This is our second kiddo, breastfed and everything was going well until it wasn’t! We were starting to get longer stretches of sleep (up to 9 hours over night) and then around 3 months we started getting more wakeups, started out 4-6 hours until it was every 1-2 hours 😴😴 probably regression, growth spurt, and then baby got sick. Eventually he wouldn’t nap without being held, I’d feed in the night and he couldn’t be put back in his crib without waking upset, etc. We went from practicing independent sleep to heavily assisting to get any sleep and it was ROUGH! Queue peaceful sleeper course. I bought with the consult because I assumed we’d have some trouble since we were assisting so much by the end of month 3. We watched the courses and implemented on a Thursday night using modified accelerated CIO. It was a tough 24 hours, my mama heart hurt to hear him cry. BUT the way things were before wasn’t healthy for any of us and we all desperately needed our sleep. After 24 hours, he was initiating sleep on his own, no tears, was able to self soothe and falling asleep within minutes. Continued to work on that and then had our consult to shake some things out (false starts and short naps). Made some tweaks and naps started lengthening!! Only a couple weeks in, but so thankful for this course! I also feel comfortable and confident I can still help my baby when he really needs it (overtired because we had to be out and about and couldn’t perfectly adhere to his schedule) without ruining the independent sleep skills we’ve got going – sometimes holding for a nap or nursing to sleep, etc. And we’re not sleeping through the night yet, but I’m happy to feed him if he needs it (of course!), just not every hour throughout the night!

  3. I am so grateful for Kayla of the peaceful sleeper for taking the time to listen to me and answer my questions. She was so kind and patient and gave me great explanations. She connected with me on a personal level and asked about my son like his name and how old he was and empathized with what we were going through! I will always recommend the peaceful sleeper to other friends and family!

  4. The peaceful sleeper has helped me and my baby more than words! Kayla was amazing and really took her time to listen and explain things to me! I am very greatful for my experience with the peaceful sleeper!

  5. Game changer for our sleep! I feel like we finally have all the tools to succeed and our little one is getting the rest he needs.

  6. Changed our life! I think it really helped us get a solid foundation of sleep and has greatly improved our sleep routine overall.
