Chat through all your questions and concerns with one of our trained sleep consultants before you start the sleep learning process. They will help curate a plan specific to your little one based on their personal history and your wishes for how you want to proceed. You can move forward with confidence knowing that you’ll have a check in daily with your consultant for the next week, allowing for opportunities to troubleshoot and adjust your plan as needed based on how things are going.

Hi! I’m so glad you’re here! I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, practicing for over 13 years. I dedicated my graduate education to researching attachment, and my post-graduate education to understanding the science of sleep as well as uncovering what it takes for women to thrive (and not just survive) in motherhood and marriage.

When I had my first baby, I was sleep deprived and felt SO overwhelmed. As I tried to figure out how to be a good mom, I felt lost in the contradictory and often “shame-y” information out there, especially about sleep. I knew there had to be a better way to connect with and teach parents without making them feel like sh*t.

So I set out to do ALL of the research and I created a method to optimize baby sleep that is tuned in, empowering and WORKS. There absolutely should be joy in motherhood, and I have learned that every baby CAN get better sleep!

Can I start/talk to a consultant right when I purchase?
Consultations are typically scheduled about 2-7 days out, you will book a time after making your purchase.
Do I get follow up support/or can I text with questions after my consultation is over?
The Advanced Package (30 or 60 minute) does not include follow-up support. If you are looking for follow-up support, the Premium Package or a Custom Package is the way to go!
Can I use my HSA or FSA to pay for consultations?

Your mental health and parenting values are extremely important to us which is why our method centers around an individualized and tailored approach to YOUR baby, as opposed to other methods with a more “one size fits all” approach.

Our courses and guides are also extremely comprehensive and robust, addressing topics such as mental health, nap lengthening, dropping naps, pacifiers, early morning wakings, night wakings, calming tricks, co-sleeping, traveling, daycare and so much more!
