Are refunds available for other products? Why not?

No. We only offer refunds on the platinum and gold packages because those contain the highest level of resources offered. We are confident that we have all bases covered to be able to answer all of your questions and help you through the process of sleep training. With those programs you have all guides, the book, video course, and access to individual consultations and group support.

Other options are just pieces of the puzzle. You may only need one or two pieces, which is why we offer less-comprehensive guides and packages. But, we can’t guarantee results if you only got a few pieces of the puzzle. 

I often compare sleep training to a weight loss plan. For some folks, it’s easy and requires just a few simple tweaks. For others, it’s more complex and requires more help. For example, if you just purchased a cookbook/guide to get more vegetables into your diet that might be the only trick you need, but it may not be. Two sessions of personal training at the gym might be all someone needs, or it may not be. Similarly, individual differences in you or your babe might make the sleep training process more or less tricky.

What do I need to do to be eligible for a refund?

Like a weight loss plan, it usually won’t be effective unless you are fully committed. Therefore, results can’t be guaranteed if you haven’t done the work. (i.e. if you’re willing to exercise but not willing to give up fast food you might not be successful.)

In order to be eligible for a refund you must demonstrate that:

  • You have watched the entire Sleep Training Essentials Course
  • You have read all of the relevant troubleshooting guides
  • You have utilized your consultations to get help
  • You have utilized the VIP group for support from other mamas and taken advantage of live Q&As. 
  • You have followed principles to prevent overtiredness
  • You have realistic expectations for your baby based on age and sleep training options chosen
  • You have worked with your doctor to rule out other underlying medical concerns that would prevent your baby from self-soothing (i.e. reflux, pain, underlying medical concerns)
  • You have kept a detailed visual sleep log for at least two weeks. (Sleep logs that simply have times written on them are extraordinarily hard to discern information and patterns from.)
  • You have consistently implemented these sleep training principles for a minimum of 4-6 weeks.
