Great information. We like Peaceful Sleepers methods overall as they are not strict and harsh, but can be tailored to each child.
This was wild. We had been struggling with our almost 2 year olds sleep for almost 8 weeks. She has been an amazing sleeper with the occasional 1-2 week regressions. She started off waking every other night then started protesting bed time. We thought we were stuck with a new reality. We were stumped and didn’t know what to do, this was such a different regression. Our old habits weren’t working and my husband was spending more nights in her room or sleeping with her. But I read over this and practiced talking with her and putting up firmer boundaries and within 7-10 days she was back to her normal self. It was insane. My husband and I couldn’t believe what a couple of good habits could do and how different a 2 year olds brain worked compared to an infant. I did a TON of research and this affordable content is worth it’s weight in gold.
Lots of very helpful information. Grateful to have this to repeatedly reference for guidance.
The tools for dealing with dropping the last nap were profoundly helpful for our family. We were able to get out a bad sleep cycle thanks to this content
Very helpful!
Holy moly this is EVERYTHING I needed to help my toddler. It answered so many of my questions and solved so many of our sleep problems. Wildly worth the small investment!
My two year old began to have a tough time going to bed after our twins were born. We’ve been using following peaceful sleeper advice since he was born. After buying the toddler guide, we set some bedtime boundaries and 4 nights in- he is falling asleep by himself and sleeping all night again.
