  6. This was wild. We had been struggling with our almost 2 year olds sleep for almost 8 weeks. She has been an amazing sleeper with the occasional 1-2 week regressions. She started off waking every other night then started protesting bed time. We thought we were stuck with a new reality. We were stumped and didn’t know what to do, this was such a different regression. Our old habits weren’t working and my husband was spending more nights in her room or sleeping with her. But I read over this and practiced talking with her and putting up firmer boundaries and within 7-10 days she was back to her normal self. It was insane. My husband and I couldn’t believe what a couple of good habits could do and how different a 2 year olds brain worked compared to an infant. I did a TON of research and this affordable content is worth it’s weight in gold.
