Loved it! Very interesting and helpful
I read the book because I’m not much of a podcast/audio book girl, but this is nice to have for future kids when i’ll be a lot more busy and have less time to read a book!
The *perfect* simple how-to guide. This is everything I needed to sleep train my infants and our families sleep would nottt be the same without it!
