Unbelievably helpful. As a first time mom all the “advice” out there is overwhelming, and nothing really fits your exact situation with your baby. Being able to troubleshoot with someone who knows baby sleep is a huge resource to have. Especially when it changes week to week. We’ve finally mastered our day sleep!
