We did a consult with Susannah just to help us get set up for success on the transition to one nap and as I have continually found, we walked away with confidence about our approach and how successful we would be as we take this on. I’ve worked with Susannah on three separate occasions and I cannot recommend consulting with her and the rest of the Peaceful Sleeper team enough! Susannah was so helpful in explaining what was probably causing any hiccups (big or small) in our baby’s sleep, and she gave us several options to work with to get back to everyone getting a good night’s sleep! I feel much more confident in our abilities to help our baby sleep with the PS team’s guidance!

I had a consultation with Ashley and she was absolutely amazing! She was so sweet and direct to make sure we used our 30 min to the maximum. I took her advice on night time wake ups and my 15 month old went from waking up 3-5 times a night to one in 2 days! By the end of the week he slept for 11 hours straight for the first time EVER! And his nap went from 1.5 hours to 2.5 hours! Seriously if you are having troubles don’t sleep on booking a consultation! It was so nice to be reassured on what to do next. Thanks Ashley!!

Hi! I’m so glad you’re here! I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, practicing for over 13 years. I dedicated my graduate education to researching attachment, and my post-graduate education to understanding the science of sleep as well as uncovering what it takes for women to thrive (and not just survive) in motherhood and marriage.

When I had my first baby, I was sleep deprived and felt SO overwhelmed. As I tried to figure out how to be a good mom, I felt lost in the contradictory and often “shame-y” information out there, especially about sleep. I knew there had to be a better way to connect with and teach parents without making them feel like sh*t.

So I set out to do ALL of the research and I created a method to optimize baby sleep that is tuned in, empowering and WORKS. There absolutely should be joy in motherhood, and I have learned that every baby CAN get better sleep!

Our consultation was LIFE CHANGING. I cannot praise you and your consultants enough. My baby who was previously up every 45 minutes and required nursing to sleep WHILE pacing is initiating sleep on her own in 2 minutes most nights. Ashley empowered me to feel confident to follow my mom-gut, be consistent, and responsive when I felt like I needed to be. Honestly, I cannot recommend this enough. We were able to work with Britta who was truly invested in helping my son and I. We went from waking EVERY HOUR most nights to one or no wakings at all! Even more importantly, Britta helped me feel confident in understanding my son's sleep needs and making decisions around how to meet them.

Can I start/talk to a consultant right when I purchase?
Consultations are typically scheduled about 2-7 days out, you will book a time after making your purchase.
Do I get follow up support/or can I text with questions after my consultation is over?
The Advanced Package (30 or 60 minute) does not include follow-up support. If you are looking for follow-up support, the Premium Package or a Custom Package is the way to go!
Can I use my HSA or FSA to pay for consultations?
Yes! You will likely need to get a letter of medical necessity signed by your healthcare provider. Click here for more information and a sample letter.
Can I upgrade to a bigger package if I decide the 30- or 60-minute consultation isn’t enough?
Yes, you can just email [email protected] and get a code for the cost of your initial purchase to apply to a premium or bigger package. We will make sure you’re taken care of!

    I did a sleep consulting session with Britta because I just needed some clarity and to talk things through to a real person. My son was sleeping through the night because we laid the right foundations but at 9 months started early rising. She talked me through how to encourage him to sleep for that extra morning hour. In fact it didn’t take long for her advice to work. He sleeps later than our toddler some mornings! Don’t hesitate. Just call them! They know what they’re doing.

    I had a phone consultation with Susannah this morning and I CAN’T BELIEVE how instantly it has helped my baby sleep. He was getting better with naps until about 3-4 weeks ago when they completely fell apart; he would only sleep for 20 mins at a time independently and often cry a ton before and after. I was having to do contact naps for almost every nap just to get him to sleep. Susannah gave me a set of wake windows to try and as I’m sitting here typing this my baby’s second nap is at 1hr 10mins and counting. He has literally never once slept this long independently for the second nap. More than anything my confidence to deal with his naps is so much higher now because I feel like I know how to handle any situation that might happen. I also learned I was not aiming for enough day sleep for him, which makes sense because he is overtired at the end of every day; however, I might not have realized this as much advice online and in books says he needs the amount of day sleep he had been getting before my consultation. This is the best money I have ever spent (well, maybe tied with the Peaceful Sleeper’s sleep training course which had my baby sleeping 6:30PM-7AM with a dream feed within one week).
